West Ham suffered a second London derby home defeat to begin the season with after meekly surrendering against Thomas Frank's Tottenham.
Having been humiliated 5-1 in Stratford by Chelsea last month, Graham Potter's side were comfortably beaten 3-0 by Spurs, leaving the club in the bottom three with just four matches played.
A stadium that was barely three-quarters full at kick off was all but empty of bona fide West Ham supporters come the final whistle, as the full extent of the struggle that faces the team this season finally hit home.
