Patriots only have 1 member of disastrous 2024 NFL Draft class active vs. Dolphins

Sixteen months after the Patriots selected eight players in the 2024 NFL Draft, Drake Maye is the only member of his class active for a Week 2 matchup in Miami.

Backup guard Caedan Wallace is the lone other member of the group currently on the 53-man roster, and Mike Vrabel has made him a healthy scratch against the Dolphins.

Outside of Maye, the draft class is aging horribly.

Second-rounder Ja’Lynn Polk and sixth-rounder Joe Milton III have both been traded for little return, fourth-round pick Javon Baker and seventh-rounder Jaheim Bell were released this summer, and fourth-rounder Layden Robinson and sixth-round corner Marcellas Dial are on injured reserve, though neither of them was battling for a starting job as training camp wore on.
