A barman at the Etihad Stadium caused fury when he was snapped wearing a Manchester United shirt.
The Red Devils had travelled to the blue half of Manchester on Sunday afternoon for a crunch derby - with both sides looking to kick-start their slow starts to the season. And one cheeky United fan looked to one-up City before kick-off.
The fan, who was working behind the bar at the Etihad, unzipped his jumper to reveal a United shirt - to the fury of the City fans he subsequently served.
"Absolute joke @ManCity - letting one of the bar staff in block 315 wear a United shirt on Derby Day," one fan said sharing a snap of the man serving him an Asahi.
"The game is too far gone," another fan responded. While a third replied: "Some fella turns up in fancy dress and that's your biggest concern, £4 for a sausage roll is an outrage?"

And as United fans celebrated the cheap win - City caught wind of the social media post, and they released a statement on their Fan Support page.
It read: "Thank you for making us aware of this. We can confirm that this individual has now been removed from their position."
"Scenes when united win and hire him," one fan joked. As another added: "Make this the 118th charge..."

City fans had another reason to celebrate in the first half, as local lad Phil Foden fired Pep Guardiola's side ahead. It was an emotional day for Foden, following the tragic death of Ricky Hatton.
"My heart obviously goes out to his family at this hard time,” said Foden, who was back in the team for the derby, speaking to Sky Sports. "To hear the news just before a big game is devastating, I'm sure he would have been here today supporting us.

"Today is for him and we're going to try and get the win and do the best for him." Asked whether it can be extra motivation, Foden added: “Definitely, we've got to use it as motivation and try and get the win for him."
