A stunning Phil Foden header and Erling Haaland brace saw City triumph in the 197th Manchester derby.
Foden opened the scoring in the 18th minute with a wonderful header to turn in Jeremy Doku’s cross.
And the Belgian claimed another assist when he played through Haaland for a sumptuous second eight minutes after the break.
The City striker hit the post before grabbing his second after racing clear from his own half to wrap up the win.
