A Beth Merrick brace keeps Wolves Women right on the tails of FA WNL Northern Premier Division leaders Burnley.

Liverpool Feds came from behind at Hull with three goals during the last 20 minutes, West Brom also fought back versus Stoke as Fran Orthodoxou and Phoebe Warner got late goals.

Lily Greenslade was at the double for Rugby at Loughborough, Halifax substitute Ainsley Strickland was dismissed in a 2-0 defeat at Derby where Kate Oakley and Minnie Wilson netted.

Barnsley had a good victory at Leafield, Helen Lynskey and a Jemima Jarvis 20-yarder finding the net.

Chloe Dixon scored both goals for Leeds but they let slip a 2-0 lead to draw at Wythenshawe whose Amanda Goodwin levelled from range after 88 minutes. Chorley came from behind to win at Norton, Chester le Street did likewise at York.

Fulham took over at the top with Ellie Olds’ effort at Dulwich, while London Bees were held by Chatham. Norwich scored four times at Carrow Road, two first-half goals gave QPR victory, Becca Stephenson struck in the final moments to grab a win for Cambridge, Cheyanna Norman was the difference for MK Dons.

Annie Colston bagged a brace for Town, Meg Jarvis hit six for the Gas Girls. Katie Fox’s goal gave Ascot their first victory at this level, Bournemouth Sports got a late leveller against Keynsham, Maidenhead converted an 84th-minute penalty to draw at Bridgwater.
