West Ham United are in desperate need of a win against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
West Ham were battered 3-0 by Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium over the weekend, leaving them stranded in the relegation zone.
Graham Potter is also now without Tomas Soucek after his red card for a bad challenge on Joao Palhinha.
Crystal Palace travel to the London Stadium to take on West Ham on the back of a 10-game unbeaten run, with high hopes of making it 11 against their underperforming opponents.
Potter is under significant pressure for a win against the Eagles, but history suggests that may not be the case.

West Ham have terrible home record vs Crystal Palace
The Hammers have only managed to win two home games in the entirety of 2025, whilst Palace have managed to take points off both Arsenal and Liverpool during their 10-match unbeaten streak.
Potter needs to end that streak, but West Ham‘s record in this fixture has been terrible in recent seasons, failing to beat the Eagles at the London Stadium since a 3-2 win in December 2018.

West Ham have a poor recent record in this fixture
The East Londoners have fared better at Selhurst Park, however, winning three of their last 5 in South London, including a 2-0 win at the start of last season.
Palace have won three of the last six meetings at the London Stadium since the Hammers last beat them at home, with the last meeting ending in a 2-0 victory for the visitors.

Graham Potter is in trouble if he doesn’t beat Palace
The Hammers have endured a miserable start to the season, conceding goals left, right and centre, while being relatively blunt in attack outside of that win at Nottingham Forest.
This fixture has seen buckets of goals in recent seasons, mainly at Selhurst Park with two seven-goal thrillers, and Potter will not be looking forward to seeing his defence square up against Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Palace have been strong on set pieces in recent seasons, something the East Londoners are known for being extremely weak at, but Potter needs to win the tactical battle against Oliver Glasner’s men, otherwise more questions will be thrown in his direction.
