Cleveland Browns fans want the team to start Dillon Gabriel in Week 3

The Cleveland Browns offense sputtered once again in a 41-17 loss against the Baltimore Ravens. Cleveland dropped to 0-2 on the season and another long year is potentially ahead for the Browns.

Joe Flacco started in Week 1 against the Cincinnati Bengals, and he started against Baltimore as well. Flacco completed 25-of-45 passes for 199 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the game. He came out of the game late for rookie Dillon Gabriel. Gabriel was 3-of-3 for 19 yards and one touchdown in the game. Could he potentially start in Week 3 for Cleveland against the Green Bay Packers?

Cleveland Browns Fans Want Dillon Gabriel to Start in Week 3

The Browns fanbase is over Flacco being the starting quarterback. With Shedeur Sanders potentially not seeing the field as a rookie anytime soon, fans might as well see what they have with Gabriel. Some of them showed their frustration about Flacco on Twitter and they want Gabriel to start next week against the Packers.

I’ve seen enough.

Start Dillon Gabriel next week.

Flacco needs to sit.. he averages 2.5 TO's a game.. even win the Browns won 2 years ago but we had Chubb as a threat so he had time to play action more.

With the Browns facing the Packers next week, it might be better for Flacco to start another week against an elite defense, so Gabriel doesn't take a beating. It would be better for Cleveland to start Gabriel in week four against the Detroit Lions. Detroit's defense is not as good as Green Bay's defense is. However, Cleveland fans want to see Flacco on the bench and Gabriel as the starting quarterback moving forward.
