Leeds United have produced some outstanding young talent at the club over recent years. Elland Road has been the spotlight for some of the top talents in the English ladder.
Crysencio Summerville stole the headlines two seasons ago with a memorable run in the Championship. He won EFL Championship player of the Year, and was snapped up by West Ham last year. Archie Gray also had a breakout season, winning laurels as one of the most outstanding English teenagers in football. The midfielder was also snapped up by Spurs last year.

Archie Gray’s brother, Harry, burst onto the scene at the end of last season. Daniel Farke handed him his debut towards the end of the previous campaign. The striker is highly regarded as the next big thing at Elland Road. But recently, there have been reports that Tottenham are preparing a move for him in the near future.
Thankfully for Leeds fans, Harry Gray is not going anywhere anytime soon. Per Graeme Bailey, the player’s father is happy with the situation in West Yorkshire:
“It’s a big month ahead for Leeds and Harry Gray. He’s a huge young talent. I’m not expecting him to go anywhere else anytime soon. His dad, Andy, is very happy where he is now, in terms of club and in terms of his development and the handling of it.
“I’d be very surprised if Leeds lost Gray in the next month or so in time for that senior contract. It’s my understanding that he will stay for that first contract and sign terms when he’s 17. And then see how that plays out, really. Leeds is a good place to progress. He knows it and so does his dad.”
What is the plan for Harry Gray this season?
Daniel Farke said at the start of the season that the plan is to keep the youngster away from the spotlight. Gray has already had a great start to the season with the U21 side. And if he continues this form, there could be every chance that we see him on the pitch in the Premier League this season.
