The **Timberwolves** have re-signed free agent guard **[Bones Hyland](https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/hylanbo01.html?utm_medium=linker&utm_source=www.hoopsrumors.com&utm_campaign=2025-09-15_bbr)**, according to [NBA.com’s transaction log](https://www.nba.com/players/transactions).
Hyland, who turned 25 on Sunday, finished last season on a two-way contract with the Timberwolves after being traded from the Clippers to the Hawks at the trade deadline and subsequently waived by Atlanta.
Hyland made just four NBA appearances for Minnestoa after seeing action in 20 games for the Clippers. In total, the 6’2″ combo guard averaged 6.2 points and 1.3 assists in 10.0 minutes per game on .398/.390/.885 shooting for the two teams in 2024/25.
