Speaking on the occasion of a South London derby, Glasner added: “I think everybody, all our fans, will have experienced that we take every single game seriously.
"We don't need a derby, we don't need a home game, we don't need a special competition – we always want to show our football, we always want to show our best performance.
“It doesn't mean that it always works, but this is the mindset we create in every single training: giving your best in every single game. Then, all of a sudden, it becomes a habit. It's a nice quote: ‘winning becomes a habit’. This is no coincidence, but you have to be very consistent. It looks like the players get it more and more implemented in their mindset.
“I mention it quite often. If we feel that it's very important for our fans, then it means it will be very important for us as well. This is the reason why we are playing, this is why we have this great support.
“This is what our fans are appreciating, that they always see the team giving everything to win the game. This is what we will do tomorrow again.”
