Nuno’s demands could make West Ham move difficult.

**Nuno’s demands could make West Ham move difficult.**

The pressure is starting to mount on Graham Potter. A 3-0 defeat at home to Tottenham means the Hammers have conceded 11 goals in the league this season – the most in the top flight.

Given his record last season was no better, it’s safe to say that West Ham are not heading in the right direction under the Englishman.

While the board’s usual approach of only appointing managers who are out of work is, obviously, an unpopular one -it could actually work out extremely well.

Reports have claimed that the Hammers could look to appoint Nuno Esprito Santo if they do get rid of Potter.

However, it’s been said he will only join if two conditions are met. Firstly, he wants a say in every single transfer, which could be a massive issue for a control freak like Sullivan. Secondly, he wants a large number of backroom staff, something that the board will presumably not be keen on due to the financial blow it adds.

Hopefully, there can be a way to meet in the middle as Nuno would be the perfect manager to not only get the Hammers away from a relegation scrap, but his appointed would also get fans back on side.
