Perhaps Busch Gardens will add a new roller coaster and simply call it: Todd Bowles’ Buccaneers.

Another heart-attack, maul-the-Tums, pace-the-living-room night at the office for the Bucs.

Where did the Tampa Bay offense go for most of the second half? Wherever it went, it showed up in crunch time after the implosion of the Bucs’ special teams.

The legend of Baker Mayfield grew tonight with another game-winning drive. He had one last week to beat the Falcons. Mayfield’s heart was on his sleeve and his command and confidence was on display in the final 2 minutes.

Kudos to Bucs playcaller Josh Grizzard for being money late in games and getting Rachaad White more involved tonight. White was a huge weapon.

The Bucs survived Charlie Heck being junior varsity fill-in for injured Luke Goedeke.

The Bucs survived a serious injury to Calijah Kancey.

The Bucs survived Emeka Egbuka looking mortal with a painful drop on the final drive.

Tampa Bay’s run defense was stellar again; Texans running backs got just 31 yards. And Bowles’ exotic blitzes did plenty to rattle Texans QB C.J. Stroud.

Team win. Huge road win. The Bucs are undefeated! And they won a freakin’ night game!
