Jack Grealish has drawn a rare bout of criticism, despite making a spectacular start to his Everton career.
Everton signed Grealish on loan from Manchester City in the summer, and the winger was an instant hit at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The 30-year-old looked to be lacking any confidence at all last season at Manchester City, with Pep Guardiola happy to tell him that he could leave the Etihad Stadium this summer.
And the Toffees have profited massively, with Grealish winning the Premier League player of the month award for August after registering four assists in just three appearances.
And the England international was impressive again on Saturday as Everton drew 0-0 with Aston Villa at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Jack Grealish accused of overplaying at times for Everton
Nedum Onuoha was among Grealish’s plaudits for his performance against Villa, with the winger starring despite Everton’s failure to secure the three points.
The winger created five chances, including one big chance, and was a constant thorn in the side of the visitors’ right flank.
Grealish created Everton’s biggest opening when Michael Keane’s powerful header forced an impressive save out of Emiliano Martinez, and could have scored himself, too.
The England international appeared on the edge of the box and expertly struck a half-volley, but the Argentine was there to save with his legs.

Not everyone was convinced by Grealish’s performance, however.
“I would imagine there would be a conversation at Finch Farm this week between Moyes and Grealish,” Gavin Buckland told the Liverpool Echo’s Royal Blue podcast on Monday.
“That says ‘listen, Jack, you know you’re playing really well at the moment – August player of the month – but there are occasions where you’re overplaying it.’
“And, at City, you could probably get away with that because you have so much of the ball, but with us, possibly you don’t have the same opportunities.
“And I thought he was guilty of that, and I think Ndiaye occasionally can be like that as well.”
Everton have to provide more support for Jack Grealish
In the case of Grealish, the stats speak for themselves. The winger is producing chances at a rate unmatched throughout the rest of the Premier League.
The conundrum for Moyes, rather than addressing the winger’s decision-making, should be about how Everton can facilitate more support for their most dangerous player.
Grealish is often forced to attempt to take on his man, with support to combine with around the box lacking.
