“Ridiculous Looking New Kickoff Rule”: Donald Trump Slams NFL’s New Kickoff Rule With Harsh…

US President Donald Trump recently called out the NFL’s new kickoff rule, which has been implemented during this ongoing season. The National Football League announced the change in rules ahead of the 2025 NFL season, with the reason being player safety. While the new move has been well-received by both fans and players, some, like President Trump, have not been too warm to it.

The new kickoff rule means that the ball will be kicked from the 35-yard line, with all players with the exception of the kicker, lining up on the 40-yard line. As per the new rule, the players will have to wait to move until the ball hits the ground.

“The NFL has to get rid of that ridiculous looking new Kickoff Rule. How can they make such a big and sweeping change so easily and quickly. It’s at least as dangerous as the ‘normal’ kickoff, and looks like hell. The ball is moving, and the players are not, the exact opposite of what football is all about. Sissy’ football is bad for America, and bad for the NFL! Who comes up with these ridiculous ideas? It’s like wanting to ‘roll back’ the golf ball so it doesn’t go (nearly!) as far. Fortunately, college football will remain the same, hopefully forever!!” US President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social.

US President Donald Trump is definitely an NFL fan, with one of his first official outings being to the Super Bowl LIX matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. President Trump cheered for the Eagles, who ended up winning against the Chiefs with a mighty 40-22 final score.

US President Donald Trump Says Charlie Kirk’ Shooter Was Radicalized

On another note, US President Donald Trump spoke out on Charlie Kirk’s shooting by Tyler Robinson. President Trump said to reporters that Robinson seems to have been radicalized by the internet.

Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, right, on the anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks on Sept. 11, 2025, in Arlington, VA on Sept. 11, 2001, American Airlines Flight 77 was deliberately crashed into the Pentagon, killing 184 people.

“It looks like he became radicalized over the internet, and it seems like he has wonderful parents, born in a wonderful neighborhood, smart guy, great boards, great marks, great student. Then something happened to him over a fairly short period of time.”US President Donald Trump said about Tyler Robinson.

President Donald Trump also blamed the leftist ideology for Robinson’s actions, stating that it is this very ideology that prompted the shooter to take such a drastic step. Soon after Kirk was murdered, Trump promised to bring the death penalty for his shooter.
