The Frenchman starts alongside Dan Kelly in midfield.
Neil has opted to set up with three centre-backs, Tristan Crama, Kamarl Grant and Caleb Taylor, who makes his first start for the Lions.
Ra’ees Bangura-Williams also makes the starting line-up after an impressive performance away at Charlton Athletic on the weekend, where he scored a late equaliser.
