Dan James was the latest Leeds United injury casualty in the game against Fulham this weekend. He only lasted 12 minutes on the pitch after being brought on as a substitute.
He joins Lucas Perri as a doubt for the upcoming Wolves game. Daniel Farke will be rueing how the game at Craven Cottage ended. The Londoners won the game via an own goal in the dying minutes of the game. Gabriel Gudmundsson headed into the back of his own net from a late corner kick under no pressure.

Leeds are now winless in all of their games on the road this season, and each result has been shocking. They fell to a 5-0 loss at the Emirates, were knocked out of the EFL cup away to Sheffield Wednesday and lost to an own goal at Fulham. Daniel Farke’s side will be up against Wolverhampton Wanderers next weekend; Vitor Pereira has already warned that his team will be looking to get their first points of the season.
The Whites could be without Dan James per the latest information. Farke had this to say after the game concerning the injury:
“The plan was to use a bit more rested Daniel James on the counter with his pace to make things happen,”
“Unlucky he got a hit into his body and we were forced to substitute him off. Very unlucky development and I hope it’s not too bad. I hope it’s nothing major so he’s available pretty soon.”
Premier Injuries’ Ben Dinnery, has given James a 50% chance for the weekend. Since it did not look like a serious injury, there is every chance he recovers in time for the wekend.
Daniel Farke needs to stick to consistent front line
Talksport’s Danny Kelly gave some advice on his show over the weekend. He asked Daniel Farke to stick with a front three and maintain it. The chopping and changing does not seem to be helping a team that looks like they have no attacking identity this season.
The Leeds boss had a selection dilemma with the fitness of Dan James something to keep an eye on this week.
