Bills' Keon Coleman offers glowing James Cook scouting report with 3 words

The Buffalo Bills have proved that they can win in multiple ways, and in the 30-10 win over the New York Jets, they proved it again.

With Josh Allen only throwing for 148 yards, it was running back James Cook who monstered the Jets defense, to the tune of a 132-yard, two-touchdown game from his 21 carries as he averaged 6.3 yards per clip.

That's what he was paid for.

Cook's best play was a 44-yard touchdown run as he zigged and zagged past multiple Jets defenders all the way to the end zone.

And receiver Keon Coleman got a front row seat.

“That dude do some great things,” Coleman said. “I don't think he get enough credit. He get skinny through a lot of tight spaces, and he make guys miss and you would think you might have the angle, and he just look like he jogging, and beat the angle, and you just won't catch him.”

Bills already in ominous Super Bowl form

The Week 1 win over the Baltimore Ravens proved that Allen and the passing game were elite, and the Week 2 win showed that when the run game gets rolling with Cook, the Bills are tough to beat.

Being able to win multiple ways gives Buffalo a huge advantage over the rest of the NFL, as defenses have to pick their poison when it comes to which element of Joe Brady's offense they have to stop.

Cook had to wait a while for his new contract this offseason, but his performance against the Jets is exactly why the Bills were so keen to keep him around.

If the Bills are to make the Super Bowl for the first time in Allen's career and win it, Cook will be doing a lot of heavy lifting.

And he'll get the credit he deserves.
