Jermaine Johnson and the Jets suffered a terrible loss against the Buffalo Bills in the Week 2 matchup, which ended in a 30-10 defeat. The game was especially bad for Johnson, who injured his ankle and had to sit out the entire second half of the game. Johnson’s injury made him unavailable for the rest of the gam,e and the linebacker’s return is still in question.

The New York Jets clearly struggled in the Week 2 matchup against the Buffalo Bills, with quarterback Tyrod Taylor only managing a single touchdown with seven pass completions. The team is yet to grab a win in this NFL season and will hope that their upcoming showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers goes better than their previous ones. Meanwhile, Jermaine Johnson’s return to play is still unknown.

After the Buffalo Bills game, Jermaine Johnson tweeted regarding his ankle injury, while also seemingly confirming that he is doing okay. Johnson shared a tweet with three praying hands emojis and then tweeted again about a day later.

The New York Jets not only saw Jermaine Johnson get injured, but also Tony Adams who injured his groin. While Johnson’s tweet on Monday seems pretty comforting for his fans, it is still unclear as to when the player will actually be ready to play again.
Meanwhile, the New York Jets definitely seem to be struggling in the early parts of this season. The Jets went through a monumental change over the offseason when they let go of veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers is currently on a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
