Host slams West Ham approach to new manager

**West Ham are once again taking the wrong approach in hiring a new manager.**

That is the view of The West Ham Way Podcast host Dave Walker, who has talked the latest at the club with it rumoured that Nuno Espirito Santo is next in line to take the post, should the club decide to sack Graham Potter.

It’s still early days in terms of Potter going, but I suppose Nuno would be the most logical choice for me. But let’s be clear, that is mainly due to the fact the club won’t have to pay compensation and that just doesn’t sit right with me.

West Ham are going to end up like a revolving door of failed managers, because as usual our owners put cost over appointing the right man to lead the side, and that simply has to stop if we want to be successful.

I’m not saying I wouldn’t welcome Nuno if it was him and I’d love whoever comes in to be a success. But, this feels like a rinse repeat situation and its driven by a model which is driven by our decision makers.
