The transfer window has closed but that’s not stopping plenty of hot gossip flying around, and this time the rumor mill has decided to put Dani Olmo, PSG, Luis Enrique and a rather large transfer fee together.
It comes from those busy, busy people at Fichajes and a report that claims Lucho has put in a request to his employers to sign Olmo from Barcelona.
The PSG boss thinks the Spain star is the “ideal player to strengthen his project at the Parc des Princes” and hopes he can tempt him to France.
Luis Enrique obviously knows Olmo well from his time with the Spain national team, and Fichajes think PSG are hoping he can follow in Ousmane Dembele’s shoes by shining in France after a tough time at Barca.
It’s also higlighted how Olmo has struggled to make much impact so far this season and is facing more time on the bench with Fermin Lopez playing a starring role for Hansi Flick’s side at present.
Fichajes even claim to have “sources close to the club” that say Barca would consider letting Olmo go but only if PSG pay €70m or more.
