Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has dropped a major hint that Jack Harrison could find a shock place in the starting eleven against Wolves on Saturday at Molineux. It would be a major turnaround from the summer when he was almost certain to leave Elland Road.
Harrison returned to Leeds in the summer after spending the last two seasons on loan at Everton. He would have stayed on Merseyside had the Toffees been ready to sign him on a permanent deal in the last transfer window.

However, he had to return to Leeds with the clear understanding that he would be moving on from Elland Road on a permanent deal. But the Whites didn’t receive suitable offers, and Daniel Farke decided to reintegrate him back into the squad ahead of their return to the Premier League.
Leeds fans were left furious, and he was roundly jeered by the supporters during pre-season. However, the winger won over the manager and the players and could now get his first start in a league game for the Whites in over two years.

“Jack Harrison has every chance to start” – Daniel Farke drops a big hint
Farke supported the player when he was jeered by the Leeds fans during pre-season. However, he conceded that the winger would have to win over their support again.
Leeds fans remain divided on the winger’s reintegration to the squad, but Farke insisted that he considers the winger a huge option in the squad.
He has been impressed with what he has seen from the player in his cameo appearances and admitted that he could soon start a game for Leeds.
The Leeds boss stressed that, given the lack of goals and creativity, he sees no reason why Harrison cannot force his way into the starting eleven sooner than anyone expects.
“Good player, I like him, working hard, which is why he’s been on the pitch nearly every game”, Farke said in a press conference.
“If he continues with hard work, he has every chance to be in the starting line-up.
“Always in my mind and always a good option. Especially as in offensive positions, it’s not like we’ve produced a lot. For all the players, a chance to chip in and deliver.”
He could start against Wolves
Farke is dealing with a mini injury crisis in the final third ahead of the Wolves game and could be forced into making a surprise call on his starting eleven.
Dan James was always expected to miss the trip to Molineux, but the manager revealed today that even Wilfried Gnonto is struggling with a calf injury.
Brenden Aaronson would likely start on Saturday, but his lack of attacking output against a side low on confidence could be seen as a negative move.
Farke could play Harrison on the right in a shock move to ensure that his team look more threatening in the final third at Molineux.
