Leeds United are just days away from their next Premier League game against Wolves. The Whites will travel to the Midlands to face Vitor Pereira’s side.
Most Leeds fans will be hoping the club can get a better result this time around after losing to Fulham last week. Daniel Farke’s side thought they were leaving London with a draw before Gabriel Gudmundsson scored a freak goal in injury time.

The good news about this weekend is that most of the squad are set to return to fitness. Outside Dan James and Wilfried Gnonto, Farke expects almost everyone to be available:
”We have a few doubts. Daniel James is a major doubt, still struggling with a hit in a core muscle.” he said in Thursday’s press conference.
”Also Willy Gnonto is struggling with calf problems, missed a few training sessions. Will have to make a late call so major doubt.
”Everyone else is in a good place.”
Lucas Perri will also miss the game, as he is still recovering from a muscle issue. Having close to the full complement of the squad will be a huge boost to Daniel Farke after recent results.
Joel Piroe and Ao Tanaka should return to the lineup vs Wolves
One big thing Farke mentioned was that Joel Piroe will return to the squad, and that Ao Tanaka could be fit enough to play a huge part in the game against Wolves.
”For Ao Tanaka, it was important to have a full training week.
”Last game he had just two sessions so was not a topic for the starting line-up, but once you have a full training session [you can be back in the starting line-up].
”Same for Joel Piroe, also back in contention but there is competition.”
Many will disagree, but Piroe’s presence in the team makes Leeds more of a cohesive attacking unit. He creates spaces for other players to attack, and helps the team move up the pitch. Tanaka’s return will also be a huge boost for a team looking for a result this weekend.
