Real Madrid are well on their way to continuing their 100% record, having doubled their lead against Levante at the Ciudad de Valencia.
The hosts had a couple of big chances to score early on, but they were made to pay as Vinicius Junior opened the scoring for Real Madrid with his third goal of the season β and the La Liga leaders have now doubled their advantage.
A quick counter-attack saw Vinicius play in Franco Mastantuono, who had acres of space to run into on the right side of the pitch. Inside the penalty area, he switched the ball on to his right foot before firing high into the Levante net for his first goal for Real Madrid since his arrival from River Plate in the summer.
Franco Mastantuono has definitely arrived as a Real Madrid player now! π₯
A brilliant finish from the Argentinian youngster to open his account with Los Blancos βͺπ¦π·

Xabi Alonso will love this goal, not only because he is a massive backer of Mastantuono. Real Madrid went from one end of the pitch to the other in the blink of an eye, and the teenager did very well to send the ball out of the reach of Levante goalkeeper Mat Ryan.
Goal comes at an important time for Mastantuono
It had not been the easiest start to life at Real Madrid for Mastantuono, although he has shown plenty of promise β most notably during the win over Espanyol last weekend. He will take a lot of confidence from this moment, and he will need it considering that he faces a fight on his hands to be a starter in the coming weeks, now that Jude Bellingham has returned from shoulder surgery.
Real Madrid are now in a commanding position in this one, and they should be able to see it out. If so, it would be six wins from six in La Liga, which would consolidate their lead at the top of the standings ahead of this weekendβs Madrid derby.
