Ever since the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson retired from management, Manchester United have struggled to find a replacement, but the perfect man could be rising.
In the history of football, there has not been a manager like Sir Alex Ferguson, with the 83-year-old widely seen to be the greatest of all time.
Manchester United became the biggest club in the world under the management of Ferguson, but after he left, things took a steep downturn to the level we are currently at.
Ferguson won 38 trophies at United, including 13 Premier League titles and two Champions Leagues. The man who created Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, and Cristiano Ronaldo is a United legend, undoubtedly.
Due to how special Ferguson was, United have spent the past 13 years trying to find a new version of the legendary manager
Ruben Amorim drew early Ferguson comparisons; however, the Portuguese head coach now looks like the next inevitable casualty of the club’s struggles.

Darren Fletcher impresses Manchester United insiders
With few convinced over the chances of Amorim surviving much longer, having won an embarrassing nine of 33 Premier League games in charge, eyes are being cast at long-term replacements.
Xavi has been linked with becoming United boss, with several other managers also being mulled over by Ineos. However, long-term, United may have the solution already developing at the club.

According to the Daily Mail, club icon and current U18 head coach Darren Fletcher has impressed behind the scenes at Carrington.
The report states that United figures have been impressed by Fletcher’s work ethic and are convinced that the academy graduate is “destined for the top level of management”.
Fletcher has also impressed Phil Jones, with the former United defender convinced that his former teammate will get the best from the academy talents.
Darren Fletcher shares similarities to Sir Alex Ferguson
The praise Fletcher is getting is well placed, as the United U18 side plays excellent football, and are early title contender despite the side being very young, with 14-year-old JJ Gabriel the star of the team.
There are some massive talents on display at the club, and Fletcher has been training them in the correct style.
Fletcher has been teaching United DNA to the U18s, with quick attacks, flying wingers, and goals all staples of his team this season, a glimpse that he could be the closest thing to Ferguson.
Fletcher is Scottish like Ferguson, but also trusts the youth, which is something United fans would love to see. Years ago, Ferguson labelled Fletcher a ‘fantastic professional’, and now he is teaching these standards to the next generation.
If he continues to impress, Fletcher could very quickly become a real contender to take charge of the first team in the event of a managerial shake-up.
Which would be good news for both Jack and Tyler Fletcher in the academy.
