The break could come as a welcome pause from domestic action for the Blues, who go into the game at the weekend without a win in their last four games.
Although the squad has not yet been announced, Pickford will be heading off to represent the Three Lions against Wales and Latvia.
Jack Grealish hailed Pickford following his England display in the victory over Serbia earlier in the month.
However, it is his international captain, Kane, has now name dropped the Everton number one ahead of their call-up to St. George’s Park.

Both Kane and Pickford have seen criticism come their way over the years for England, with some questioning their spot in the side.
But Pickford has insisted that Kane is the only player in the squad whose spot should not be up for debate.
“People have been trying to dismantle my [England] shirt for a few years now and I’ll keep pushing and keep showing my levels,” he told The Telegraph.
“The only one there is no question about in an England shirt is Harry Kane.”
Everton’s strikers find themselves struggling to score this season, whilst the England captain has already netted 17 goals in nine Bayern matches.
