Everton’s new stadium, the Hill Dickinson Stadium, is clearly catching the eyes of clubs across the country.
Just weeks after the official opening, one Premier League club is already looking to use the same architect as Everton for their stadium revamp.
The Hill Dickinson Stadium has now been open for little over a month now and the Toffees remain unbeaten in their new home.
David Moyes’ side take to the docks at the weekend with their final game before the international break against Crystal Palace.
On Monday evening, West Ham fans shared their jealousy over Everton’s new stadium, in comparison to what they have in the London Stadium.
And it seems another Premier League club is now looking to replicate the magic which Everton have created on the docks of the Mersey.

Premier League rivals hire Everton stadium architects
Everton are expected to increase their stadium capacity ahead of the upcoming Euros which will be held in England.
The Hill Dickinson Stadium may have only been open for around a month, but it is making an impression across the league.

According to Architects Journal, Leeds United are now hiring architectural firm BDP to replace KSS for the development of Elland Road.
The Whites are looking to develop Elland Road in order to increase the capacity from 37,645 to 53,000.
This will mean Leeds’ stadium will end up around the same capacity as Everton’s, but it will not quite be the new development the Blues have constructed.
In building their new home, Everton have been able to secure a lucrative naming rights deal for their state-of-the-art stadium.
Everton have really pushed the boat out in constructing their new stadium, which will give them a financial edge on the likes of Leeds, at least for now.

TalkSPORT presenter Jim White has expressed how incredible the new Everton stadium is and that is down to the finer details that were implemented in the design.
A lot of subtle nods back to Everton’s tradition have been included in the new stadium on the docks.
And that is something which chief designer Dan Meis was clear on incorporating when he was making the sketches for the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
“One of the early concepts we developed were looking at the tradition of English football,” said Meis.
"We quickly realised that we had to ground it in the fabric and the context of the local neighbourhood." 💬
