Eagles' flatline offense leads NFL in the worst statistic imaginable

The Eagles' offense has been under constant scrutiny this season, and this statistic surely will not make fans happy. The Eagles currently lead the NFL in three-and-outs this season, with almost 50% of their drives ending before they even started.

Eagles' offense is hanging by a thread through four games in 2025

Through four games so far this season, the Eagles currently rank 30th in total yards, 31st in passing yards, and 16th in rushing yards; however, they are presently seventh in scoring en route to their 4-0 record. Between Kevin Patullo and Jalen Hurts, Eagles fans haven't been silent about their frustration with the franchise on the offensive side of the ball.

The Eagles' offense rivals that of the 0-4 Tennessee Titans, led by rookie quarterback Cam Ward, and the 2-2 Cincinnati Bengals, who are currently without MVP candidate Joe Burrow. The Eagles do not have the benefit of the doubt, whether it be a young offense or injuries, as the Eagles have neither of those issues.

The Eagles, through four weeks, remain relatively healthy on offense and have the privilege of rostering eight Pro Bowlers/All-Pros on the offensive side of the ball. With the amount of experience the Eagles have, along with the success/postseason honors, the Philadelphia offense has completely underwhelmed and may be on "borrowed time" despite their 4-0 record.

With the Eagles' schedule set to get a bit more difficult, offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo's seat may be getting a bit "hotter" in the final 13 games of the season. With the amount of talent on the offensive side of the ball, Patullo's inability to maximize it is highly alarming.

The Eagles are set to take on the Denver Broncos, who roster one of the NFL's best pass-rushing units. The Broncos currently lead the NFL in sacks with 15 so far this season, and with the Eagles' struggles through the air, Philadelphia may continue to struggle with its consistent offensive woes.

For Patullo, another failed offensive output, despite a win, could raise serious questions about his ability to lead Jalen Hurts and the team, despite their overall success.
