The Cork star performed Amhrán na bhFiann at the Pittsburgh Steelers vs Minnesota Vikings football game.
The former Eagles player, who is the brother of Taylor Swift’s fiance Travis Kelce, gave the Cork singer a shout-out on his popular podcast New Heights. The 32-year-old performed a stunning rendition of Amhrán na bhFiann as the capital welcomed the NFL ahead of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Minnesota Vikings facing off.
“Shout out to the Irish National Anthem singer,” Jason, who was at the game said.

“I mean, I don’t even know if that’s what you call it over there, but she f***ing brought the house down. It was tremendous. It was just really cool.”
The singer expressed her shock at the shoutout from Kelce: “I mean, I have no words. That is pretty juicy to be mentioned.
“I mean, he didn’t have to, but he bloody did. I mean, are we dead? Are we dead for ourselves? So thank you for that, Jason.”
She also jokingly asked him to pass her details on to his soon-to-be sister-in-law Taylor Swift: “I love cats, I make a great cup of tea, and I love to party.
“I mean, I’m still in shock that he went on to his podcast and decided that he had to bring up the anthem.
“We don’t come to play. We’re all here to slay,” she added.
During the podcast episode, Jason recounted his “fantastic” time in Dublin while wearing a t-shirt branded with ‘Dublin Fire Brigade’.
The 37-year-old was invited to visit a Dublin fire station after he played golf with a retired firefighter named Saul and his son Conor.
“I wanted to play [golf] with just somebody from Ireland and really ask them questions about the history of Dublin.
“I played with a guy, I think he did like 40 years in the Dublin Fire Brigade, and now he’s retired.
“Somehow the fire brigade found out that I played golf with Saul, and they’re like ‘hey, invite him down to the firehouse’,” Jason explained.

“So I ended up going down to the firehouse, they put me in the bucket on the [fire] truck, and I’m like ‘oh cool, we’ll go up like 30, 40 feet’, this thing went 140 feet in the air!”
Kelce said he was “shaking” during the experience but was already committed, despite his fear of heights.
The former player also spent his time in the West of Ireland visiting storyteller and author Eddie Lenihan who has penned numerous books about Irish folklore and mythology.
