Everton have now gone four games without a win in all competitions, but Sam Allardyce says they have one player who can pull them out of their struggles.
David Moyes needs some of his players to step up at the weekend in the Premier League game against Crystal Palace.
The Toffees will be facing a Palace side who have now gone a staggering 19 games across all competitions without defeat.
Jamie Carragher is expecting Everton and Crystal Palace to share the points, but Moyes could really do with all three heading into the international break.
Having drawn against a struggling West Ham, some Everton fans were frustrated with Moyes and some of the recent results.
It had been a really promising start to the season for Everton before the last four games slightly took the shine off it.
However, their former manager, Allardyce, has named one player who has the mentality to lead the Toffees forward.

Sam Allardyce says Everton have their very own mentality monster
On Friday, Jack Grealish was snubbed from the England squad by Thomas Tuchel once again, with only one Everton player called up.
Jordan Pickford is England’s number one and has been for years despite Everton’s struggles in the Premier League.
Speaking on The Fozcast, Allardyce has waxed lyrical about the £30m Everton goalkeeper despite some of the criticism he has faced.
“Pickford was just off-the-wall man. I had him at Everton as well. He still is, yeah. I mean, he just like, I mean, you know what? Doesn’t he handle the criticism well?” said the former Everton manager.
“The amount of punters that have tried to get him out the England team. Unfortunately he’s just not fashionable, is he?
“Because he’s not six foot four. You know what I mean? With big dirty gloves on. They are a presence when they’re that size, don’t get me wrong, and they are more intimidating, aren’t they? As you well know, because that was your position, but his level of understanding at such a young age was unbelievable.
“And he’s not phased. If you make some mistakes, he doesn’t go to pieces like some of you lot used to.”
England captain Harry Kane has also praised Pickford following their years of playing together on the international stage.
Despite Everton’s struggles over recent years, Pickford’s consistency in the England setup just goes to show how good of a player Everton have.
Jordan Pickford’s record under Sam Allardyce
Speaking previously about his time at Everton, Allardyce admits he regretted not making Wayne Rooney captain straight away at Goodison Park.
The 70-year-old did manage Pickford at both Sunderland and Everton, which allowed him plenty of time to get it right with the goalkeeper.
It was on Merseyside where Pickford played the majority of his minutes with Allardyce in the dugout.

Allardyce has also defended Grealish recently, following questions coming from Simon Jordan on whether he’d fit Everton’s system.
Despite being sacked after just six months on Merseyside, Allardyce still has a lot of positive things to say about the club and its players.
