Manchester United clinched a crucial victory over Sunderland at Old Trafford on Saturday, alleviating some of the pressure on beleaguered manager Ruben Amorim.
There had been reports ahead of kick off that the Red Devils were looking to part ways with Amorim, should he drop more points in the Premier Leagie.
First-half goals from Mason Mount and Benjamin Sesko secured the three points for United, propelling them six places up to eighth in the Premier League ahead of the international break.
Here's how Daily Star Sport rated the United players' performances..
Senne Lammens, 8 - The deadline day signing made a confident debut for United. He was assertive when coming for the ball and pulled off fine saves from Granit Xhaka and another late in the game. It'll be tough to displace him.

Leny Yoro, 7 - His disciplined defending earned him a well-deserved recall to the starting line-up after being benched for the previous two matches. He brings a better balance to United's back three, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Matthijs de Ligt, 7 - He was consistently alert to danger and never caught out of position while defending his goal. Played a pivotal role in United's second goal, challenging for the flick-on that led to it.
Luke Shaw, 7 - Retained his spot on the left side of United's back three, but occasionally moved to a more central position after half-time, giving United greater control of the ball.

Amad, 7 - A constant menace down the right flank. He gave Sunderland's defence a torrid time and was unlucky not to score in the first half when his goal-bound effort was saved.
Casemiro, 7 - Returning to the starting line-up after his one-match suspension, he showed discipline in midfield, although he received an inevitable booking late on for a poor tackle.
Bruno Fernandes, 7 - The United captain delivered another lively performance, seemingly omnipresent and covering a lot of ground. He was unlucky not to score with a beautiful chip that Robin Roefs tipped onto the bar.

Diogo Dalot, 7 - Retained his spot after the Brentford mishap, and it was his long throw-in that set up Sesko for United's second goal. Showed impressive stamina.
Bryan Mbeumo, 7 - Set up Mount's opening goal and constantly troubled the Sunderland defence with his runs and ability to find dangerous positions.
Benjamin Sesko, 7 - Scored in his second consecutive game with a classic poacher's goal from close range in the first half. United made good use of his aerial prowess to win second balls.
