Benjamin Sesko has revealed what Ruben Amorim has been making every Manchester United player do in training and how it paid off against Sunderland.
Manchester United hosted Sunderland at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon and the Red Devils produced a strong showing to seal all three Premier League points.
Mason Mount put the Red Devils 1-0 up in the opening 10 minutes before summer signing Benjamin Sesko had an impact in the first half and put United 2-0 up.
Ruben Amorim watched the Red Devils take their 2-0 lead into the break and United maintained their control over Sunderland to seal a comfortable win on Saturday.

Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko led the frontline for the Red Devils at Old Trafford and the 22-year-old Slovenian forward saw out the full 90 minutes.
Sesko was a lively threat during the Premier League contest against Sunderland and linked up superbly well in attack with both Mason Mount and Bryan Mbeumo.

Speaking after the Red Devils’ 2-0 result, the Slovenian international was thrilled to score for the first time at Old Trafford since his summer move in August.
“Amazing, the atmosphere after the goal is something I’ve dreamed about always. Hopefully, I can carry on this way,” he said, as per BBC Sport.
“Definitely important for me. In general, for the team, it’s even more important. When you have a lead like that, it’s easy to get comfortable.”
Sesko added that United fans saw first-hand the impact of their training under Ruben Amorim and how the players ‘unlocked’ the best positions on the pitch.
“We are training every single week; we are trying to know where to be in every situation,” he explained.
“We’re getting better and better.”

Benjamin Sesko reacts to Man Utd’s performance and what the Red Devils showed in the 2-0 Premier League win
United manager Amorim had been under major pressure going into the Sunderland match after the Red Devils’ 3-1 Premier League defeat to Brentford last Saturday.
However, the Red Devils bounced back with a superb showing and Sesko felt that the United players showed that they handled the pressure against Sunderland.
“Definitely important to win the game, for the general environment,” he said.
“We were fighting to the end; thankfully, we won the game in the end.”
Sesko added: “It’s always a lot of pressure, especially in a club like this. We always take it in a positive way. We showed once again that we can play well and win games.
“It’s important now to continue like that.”
Sesko has netted twice for United in seven Premier League appearances after the Red Devils paid an initial fee of £66.3m to sign him from RB Leipzig in August.
