Everton and Crystal Palace face off in the Premier League on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Everton are in ninth spot and so far unbeaten at their new stadium, but they will want to win more consistently having won, drawn and lost twice each so far this season.
Moyes has done a fine job with the Toffees so far, but it is impossible for him to ignore the job his opposite number Glasner is doing at Selhurst Park, with the Austrian receiving praise aplenty of late.
“They have their own style of play. The manager done a great job. It's a great squad,” said Moyes. “(They've had) good recruitment over the years from Dougie Freedman and the people who have worked inside Crystal Palace. I think building a team is very important and I like the people who try to build team. They've not done it with huge resources at Crystal Palace and sometimes you have bumps in the road.
“I think they didn't win any games at the start of last season, so it just shows you, stick with you manager, keep with him and believe in what you are doing and you can look how well they are doing. The manager has a good history in Europe and I think they will have a good chance of winning the Conference League.”
Everton team news
Speaking about his team’s fitness for this one, Moyes confirmed on Jarrad Branthwaite and Merlin Rohl: “Both the same – no change, neither of them fit for the game but they're both making progress and, with a little bit of luck, we'll start to get them on the grass.
"We've not got them on the grass yet in training, so that's where we're at." Palace and Everton face off on Merseyside at 2pm on Sunday.
