The City number 10 scored our third in Sunday’s 3-0 triumph over Reading, with Mahamadou Sangare bagging a goal either side of half-time.
It was Mukasa’s first goal contribution in the league in 2025/26, and the England youth international said he is happy to be helping the team as much as possible in our fight to retain the PL2 title.
“It was a good feeling, just happy to help the team really!”, said Mukasa.

“I was just trying to commit the defenders and see what they do, maybe play it to Emo [Emilio Lawrence] he was on my left.
“But they just kept backing off. And the manager is always telling me about shooting through people’s legs, so I just went for that and it paid off.
“I’ve been playing with most of these players for the past two years, so it’s always good to play with them and just help out however I can.”
