Titans-Cardinals Week 5 Postgame Notes

* The Titans overcame a 15-point deficit in the fourth quarter to win 22-21 at Arizona. It was the team's largest fourth-quarter comeback in a victory since a 21-point comeback to defeat the New York Giants 24-21 on Nov. 26, 2006. Since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger, the only other game won by the Titans franchise after trailing by 15 or more points in the fourth quarter was Nov. 1, 1987 against Cincinnati, when the team erased a 15-point margin to win 31-29.

* Since the beginning of the 2024 season, the Titans and Buffalo Bills (Sept. 7, 2025 vs. Baltimore) are the NFL's only teams to overcome a 15-point deficit in the fourth quarter to win.
