During their purchase window, supporters can also contact the ticket office between 10am and 5pm by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com, by calling 01792 616400 and selecting option 1, or visiting the ticket office.
There is a £2.50 booking fee per ticket for all telephone sales and over-the-counter transactions. However, tickets can be booked online with no booking fees applied, and tickets will be sent digitally. The club therefore strongly recommends that supporters purchase online.
In line with this season's previous Carabao Cup fixtures, season ticket holders will have the ability to secure their usual seats until Monday October 13.
HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKET - JACK ARMY & PREVIOUS CARABAO CUP ATTENDEES
Before purchasing, please make sure you are signed into the same account your membership is on/you purchased previous rounds of the Carabao Cup on, and all the tickets you'd like to purchase for are linked up correctly.
Once signed in, supporters who are eligible will be able to purchase via this link.
HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKET - SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Season ticket holders with their seats on reserve can claim their seat by logging in to their Swans Club account, heading to the ticketing site and clicking the red dot in the profile icon to load their notifications. The supporter will see their seat reservation, as well as any family and friends they have set up to manage tickets on their behalf. There will be a simple button to click to add these seat reservations to the basket.
Jack Army members and previous 2025-26 Carabao Cup fixture attendees will be able to purchase any vacant seats not reserved for season ticket holders from Monday October 6. From Monday October 13 all remaining seats will become available.
Season ticket holders will not be able to use their season cards; they’ll be provided with a print at home ticket via email 72 hours before kick-off, and the tickets will show within the Swans App.
