Riding on his brand value from the NFL, Brady has invested his time and money in various partnership deals, ranging from an NFL franchise to owning a stake in a card dealership store.

Card Vault, one of Tom Brady’s many hobby projects other than commentary, recently made a major announcement regarding its upcoming stores. The announcement was made through Instagram on Sunday, which was also shared by Brady. The caption read,
“IT’S OFFICIAL: Tom Brady is opening SEVEN more hobby shops 🔥🐐 That makes 13 and counting 🤯 Is he coming to a city near you?”
As per the post, Card Vault will open stores in New York, Las Vegas, Dallas, Minneapolis, Palo Alto, Sacramento, and San Francisco. The card chain already has stores in Foxborough, Boston, Mashantucket, Chicago, East Rutherford, and East Hampton, making the count 13 in the US.
Backed by Brady, who holds a 50% stake, the venture also includes co-founders Ed Kane, Chris Costa, Randy Greenstein, Tim Bonito, and Scott Heigelmann, according to the company’s website.
The store offers buying, selling, and trading of cards from popular games such as Pokémon, NBA, NFL, and others. Collectors can have cards graded by certified experts. There is also a live-streaming area for unboxings and a vault displaying authenticated memorabilia. In short, it serves as a showroom and mini gallery for fans.
CardVault by Tom Brady reveals major details about New York store
Earlier this week, CardVault revealed the location of its store in New York through an Instagram post. The caption read,
“SOHO 🍎 We are just DAYS AWAY from our grand opening…. And we have some things to giveaway. Meet us there 😉”
As per the post, the new store will open at 244 Lafayette Street in SoHo, which is in one of the most iconic business areas in Manhattan. The store will be officially available for the customers from 8th October.
Excited by the news, Co-founder Ed Kane said, “*We’re thrilled to open our seventh CardVault by Tom Brady store in SoHo, a neighborhood that perfectly embodies the intersection of culture, sport, and style,*”
The store will be open seven days a week: Sunday 12–6 PM, Monday to Thursday 11 AM–7 PM, and Friday and Saturday 11 AM–9 PM.
