Anthony Gordon makes interesting point about Jack Grealish's England snub despite Everton form

Everton winger Jack Grealish has been controversially left out of the England squad.

Despite leading the assist charts and being involved in more goals than any other Englishman in the Premier League this season, Thomas Tuchel has snubbed Jack Grealish from his England squad.

The Everton winger has looked back to his best after a difficult couple of seasons under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

Former winger Anthony Gordon, who has been picked ahead of him by Tuchel, has been speaking to the media this week about Grealish’s absence from the squad.

Gordon was asked what he made of Tuchel’s decision to leave out Grealish, Phil Foden and Jude Bellingham from the England squad.

Jack Grealish speaks openly about being left out of England squad

Speaking to Sky Sports, Grealish spoke openly about being left out of the England squad this month and admitted there are top players in his position.

“So, listen, I can’t really complain. It is what it is, and hopefully, I can just keep performing and keep influencing games.”

Grealish will have three games after the international break to stake another claim to Tuchel before the November camp.
