The Green Bay Packers are one of the most stacked teams in the league.
But as the old saying goes, the rich always get richer.
That’s why, with wide receiver Christian Watson set to return, Peter Bukowski believes they could be an even bigger problem:
“It’s been forgotten because Christian Watson hasn’t become a star WR that he’s by far the best Packers WR against man coverage and NOT having him has made the GB offense easier to defend. And yet, Jordan Love and the passing game are putting up elite numbers,” Bukowski posted on X.

For years, fans and analysts have debated about the Packers’ wide receiver corps.
While they have a plethora of options and multiple talented pass-catchers, none of them has stepped up as their consistent and reliable WR1.
Christian Watson has been the closest to that, but injuries have cost him plenty of playing time in his young career.
Now, with him, an inspired Romeo Doubs looking to get a contract extension, star tight end Tucker Kraft, and rookie speedster Matthew Golden, Jordan Love will have too many weapons to work with.
Add Josh Jacobs and the offensive line getting back to full strength to that mix, and the Packers might have the best offense in the entire league, at least personnel-wise.
Matt LaFleur has a sharp offensive mind, and he needs to make the most of this opportunity.
As for Watson, the Packers gave him a short-term contract extension, so this should also be an audition for him to prove not only that he can be a star in this league but also, and perhaps more importantly, that he can stay healthy.
The Packers were already a massive threat to go the distance in the NFC, and their chances are about to get much better.
