Fans all asked the same question about latest Shedeur Sanders interview

Shedeur Sanders has spoken up about his Cleveland Browns teammate Joe Flacco being traded. But fans seemed to believe the background during his interview was more interesting than his answer.

The Browns on Tuesday agreed to trade Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals. The move came just a week after the team decided to bench the veteran quarterback in favor of rookie Dillon Gabriel.

Just hours after the news of the trade broke, Sanders was asked by a local reporter on FOX to share his thoughts on the move.

“He’s definitely somebody I leaned on for wisdom,” Sanders said. “I feel like he helped me a lot. He helped me a lot with my time being here in Cleveland. … Everybody has their own destinies and have their own plans they have in life, so I’m just happy for him.”

Sanders gave a rather anodyne answer amid all the backlash lately about some of his interviews. Fans paid more attention to the setting of Shedeur’s interview, which appeared to be at a car dealership. Many wondered if the local media were following Sanders around.

Yall stalking this man at this point. At the dealership??

All jokes aside, were you doing a special with him? If not, how did you know he was there

So Fox followed him to a car dealership to get an interview?

The Colorado product has been the most interviewed backup in recent memory, with several figures questioning why Sanders gets so much airtime. It got to the point that Shedeur stayed quiet like a mime during an interview last week to avoid sitting up more controversy.

Sanders was reportedly still the QB3 behind both Gabriel and Flacco before the trade, with the plan being to tailor the offense to Shedeur’s strengths once he does get a chance to start. That chance may come sooner than later with Flacco no longer around.
