West Ham are set to face a familiar challenge from former boss David Moyes as both the Hammers and Everton pursue a Manchester United striker.
Joshua Zirkzee has featured just four times for Man United this season, all as a substitute. Reports now suggest he is demanding a January exit in pursuit of regular football to boost his chances of making the Dutch squad for the 2026 World Cup.
West Ham were heavily linked with the 24-year-old earlier this week, at the same time as reports connected the club with Real Madrid’s Endrick.

While it is not confirmed whether Zirkzee is on Nuno’s wanted list, he has not been ruled out — so it could be a case of watch this space, unless Everton beat the Hammers to the punch.
