Originally from the state of **[Texas](https://247sports.com/college/texas/)** and committed to the Longhorns this past summer, the elite defender from Tustin (Calif.) is set to cap his junior year by playing in the Navy All-American Bowl down in San Antonio.
Epps was among the latest group of players to be recognized as All-Americans and received his game jersey this week.
