Mulan Hernandez filed a countersuit in April 2025 claiming Diggs assaulted her during their relationship last year. The 24-year-old Basketball Wives Orlando star alleges the Patriots receiver punched her in the back of the head on June 7, 2024, leaving her with a concussion.
Hernandez claims Diggs tried covering up the incident immediately. She alleges he sent an assistant to Houston pressuring her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
The NDA never got signed. Her legal team reached out to Diggs’ attorney in November 2024 demanding accountability.
The lawsuit seeks between $250,000 and $1 million in damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, and medical expenses. Hernandez denies being the aggressor despite Diggs’ version of events.
Diggs filed his own lawsuit against Hernandez and her friend Brianna Mack in February. His complaint paints a volatile picture of the same night.
He claims Hernandez showed up intoxicated and angry, broke a gaming console, destroyed a $130,000 watch, and threw his phone in a toilet. His legal team says Hernandez assaulted him while he tried to de-escalate the situation.
“Said simply, [Diggs] brings this case because he will not be victimized by the attempts of defendants to extort money from him,” his attorney stated. The filing accuses Hernandez and Mack of trying to extort millions from the veteran receiver.
Diggs moved on quickly after the relationship ended. He started dating rapper Cardi B in May 2025. The couple announced they’re expecting their first child together during Cardi’s divorce proceedings from Offset.
When another woman named Aileen Lopera filed a paternity suit claiming Diggs fathered her child born in April, fans wasted no time jumping into the drama.
