Before Saquon Barkley's documentary premieres on Amazon Prime on Thursday, in anticipation of the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants game, some stories are already starting to leak out.
The New York Post got first dibs on getting an exclusive first look into the story of Barkley from the end of his time with the Giants, leading up to winning the Super Bowl with the Eagles. There have already been some great stories shared, including the Giants not trading him when he requested it, which ultimately led to him signing with the team.
Another story has caught people's attention, showing that one of his kids might have already known he was going to be an Eagle before he signed there. Barkley's daughter had the prediction of the century that occurred back in 2023.
"On March 7, 2023 — the day that he was franchise-tagged — Barkley’s daughter predicted that he would end up on the hometown Eagles. They discussed how cool that would be to be close to her grandparents."
Barkley's daughter's prediction turned into a dream for them
It has all certainly worked out for Barkley after signing a three-year, $37.7 million contract in 2024 to replace D'Andre Swift as the lead back. He would go on to run for 2,005 yards and 13 touchdowns, en route to winning the NFL Offensive Player of the Year and the Super Bowl.
During the offseason, the Eagles rewarded him with a two-year, $41 million contract extension to keep him in Philly through the 2028 season. He would make the cover of Madden 26 and enjoyed the high life in the spotlight. This season has not been as kind to him after rushing for just 267 yards and three touchdowns on the year.
The only guarantee is that Barkley is going to be ready to play against the Giants on Thursday. Last year, he ran 17 times for 176 yards and one touchdown against New York.

These revenge games will never get old for Barkley and the Eagles, and the hope is that he adds another stellar performance against his old team.
