Packers’ Tucker Kraft drops hint on when Jordan Love could hit another level

Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are gearing up for their first game since Week 4. They are coming off a bye in Week 5 following a 40-40 tie with the Dallas Cowboys, and are looking to get back to their winning ways after failing to record a victory in each of their last two outings.

Green Bay is scheduled to face the Cincinnati Bengals at Lambeau Field this coming Sunday, with Love hoping to sustain the form he had in the Cowboys game. Despite the tie with Dallas, Love’s performance stood out, as he passed for 337 yards and three touchdowns with zero interceptions on 31-of-43 pass completions.

Packers’ Kraft expects Love to take it to another level during Toyota’s annual sales event

Fans have built a connection between the surge in play of Love and the annual Toyotathon, the yearly sales event by the giant car manufacturer. It usually runs from November to January, and in the 2023 NFL season, Love led the Packers to a 6-2 record while passing for 2,150 yards and 18 touchdowns against only an interception through eight games, which coincided with Toyotathon.

October has only started, but tight end Tucker Kraft is already looking forward to that time of the year.

“He’s really developing this year as a passer early on in the season. So we’re excited for that Toyotathon moment when he gets really on his horse,” Kraft said of Love, per Ryan Wood of USA Today.

Will Love turn it up again? Whatever the case is, Green Bay needs Love to be at his best on any given game, whether it’s before, during, or after Toyotathon.
