Nike has been responsible for some of the most revolutionary footwear designs in history. From the iconic Air Force 1 — spotted on everyone from Jay-Z to your local barista — to Air Jordans, first released in 1985 and forever tied to streetwear culture, the brand continues to dominate the industry.
Now, Nike is back with its latest release: the LeBron XXIII “Miami Twice” basketball shoe. This drop is yet another example of the brand’s unmatched ability to create stylish, culturally relevant sneakers that people want to wear, and now you can buy them online for a limited time.
Released in partnership with none other than basketball legend LeBron James, these multi-color sneakers retail for $210 — a competitive price point compared to other popular athletic brands like Hoka and On. The drop celebrates LeBron’s 23rd season in the NBA, making him the longest-tenured player in league history, taking the crown from Vince Carter (who lasted 22 seasons).

“The LeBron XXIII reflects the deep partnership I have with Nike, pushing the limits of design and innovation to create a new signature shoe that powers my game and tells the story of my career,” says LeBron James, in a release. “Over two decades later, we’re still going strong, inspiring the next generation with a shoe that’s made for greatness.”
The Nike x LeBron XXIII features a sleek silhouette and pastel colorway, designed as a premium option for both men and women. Available in sizes 3.5 to 18, the entire range is still in stock as of this writing — but given the buzz on social media and LeBron’s devoted fan base, that may not be the case for long.
LeBron’s partnership with Nike stretches back to 2003, when he first signed with the brand as a newcomer. In 2015, the duo settled on a “lifetime partnership,” which means Lebron will work with the brand until he can’t work anymore. That level of commitment shouldn’t come as a surprise from a player who’s spent more than two decades in the NBA.

One of LeBron’s most successful Nike collaborations was the LeBron 8, which sold out almost instantly upon release. Resale pairs from that 2010 drop can still be found on sites like eBay, but his most valuable collaboration to date, the LeBron XXIII “Uncharted” EP Gold Black Basketball, is currently listed by verified resellers for as much as $749.
We’re not saying this new drop will reach those heights, but if history is any indication, everything LeBron touches with Nike turns to gold. Consider this your sign to grab a pair before it’s too late.
“One of the things that’s so powerful about the LeBron XXIII is that the foot engages directly with our ZoomX foam, enabling an unmatched level of connectivity and court feel,” said Ross Klein, Senior Director, Men’s Basketball Footwear Product Design, in a release. “There’s nothing that beats ZoomX: The energy return, the responsiveness, the weight, the sensation — it hits every level of what athletes love.”
LeBron will return to the court with the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2025–26 NBA season, which kicks off on October 21, 2025. His son, Bronny James, will also suit up for the Lakers. Catch all the action this season with our helpful NBA streaming guide, which you can find here.
