Everton and Jack Grealish just fit like a glove.
Since joining Everton in the summer transfer window, Jack Grealish has reestablished himself as one of the best wingers in the Premier League.
No England player has been involved in more goals in the league than Grealish, and yet, Thomas Tuchel controversially left him out of the squad.
Already, Everton are exploring a permanent deal for Grealish, who has a £50m buy-option in his loan deal.
There is hope that the Toffees could land his signature for significantly less than that.

Everton could sign Jack Grealish for significantly less than £50m
Grealish has immediately become a talismanic figure for Everton, so David Moyes will clearly be keen to sign him on a permanent transfer next summer.
However, the £50m buy-option is very steep, especially for a 30-year-old who will be out of contract in 2026.
Manchester City could be willing to sanction his sale for a lot less than that, though, as his book value is £16.7m, according to the Manchester Evening News.
That means if the Citizens receive any more than £16.7m, they’d make a profit, so there is a good chance Everton could get a pretty good bargain.

Everton could sign Jack Grealish for £25m
Of course, Manchester City are unlikely to accept the bare minimum £16.7m, however, perhaps Everton could negotiate their buy-option down to around £25m.
That seems very feasible, and actually, the Toffees are the club that holds the stronger negotiating power.
By the time next summer swings around, Grealish will have entered the final 12 months of his contract, so if City don’t accept Everton’s demands, he could run his deal down and become a free agent.
So it’s in the interest of Pep Guardiola and his chiefs to move him on and get some cash in to reinvest elsewhere.
