Everton and West Ham United have their sights on landing Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee at the turn of the year, according to Teamtalk.
The Dutchman has fallen out of favour under manager Ruben Amorim this campaign, and he has not made a single start for the club thus far.
Zirkzee is eager to move on from the Red Devils as a result. He is keen to play at the World Cup and needs to be playing regularly to make the cut.
The Toffees and Hammers have been asked to be kept informed. Zirkzee could make a personal request to leave if a formal proposal arrives.
United may not necessarily block his departure. Ruben Amorim is a big admirer, but he has plenty of young striking talent waiting in the wings.
Chido Obi and Gabriele Biancheri are two top names in the academy and the duo could be handed the opportunity to breakthrough this term.
