WASHINGTON (TNND) — Turning Point USA announced Thursday that they would be hosting a halftime show during the Super Bowl called “The All American Halftime Show.”

“It’s true, Turning Point USA is thrilled to announce The All American Halftime Show,” the organization announced on the social media platform, X.

“Performers and event details coming soon.”

Linked to the X post is a link where people can fill out a survey of what kind of music they want featured in the halftime show.

This announcement comes amid the controversy over Puerto Rican rapper and singer Bad Bunny performing at the Super Bowl halftime show.

Bad Bunny’s real name is Benito Antonio Martinez. He said in the past he would not do shows in the U.S. because of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

He faced scrutiny earlier this week for sitting down during "God Bless America" prior to a baseball game between the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Yankees, according to a report.
