Saquon Barkley let his play do the talking after his split with the New York Giants in 2024.
The Philadelphia Eagles star shined in his first matchup with his former team last October, rushing for 176 yards on his way to a historic 2,000-yard season that ended with a championship.
By now, Barkley and the Giants have largely moved on from one another -- but the reigning Offensive Player of the Year is looking to put a slow start to the season behind him, and it's his former team that stands in his way on "Thursday Night Football."
Here's a look at Barkley's stats from his latest "revenge game" against the Giants.

Rush attempts: 8
Rush yards: 56

Receptions: 0
Rec. yards: 0
Rec. TD: 0
Barkley got off to a quick start, breaking off runs of 18 and 13 yards, respectively, on the Eagles' first two offensive snaps, though his usage was more limited on Philadelphia's first touchdown drive of the night.
After his initial two carries, Barkley added just six rushing yards on his next five carries, but he did break free for an 18-yard run just before halftime. Barkley went to the locker room with 56 yards on eight carries and no receptions on one target. Jalen Hurts had a much busier half, throwing the ball 18 times and utilizing the "tush push" on four consecutive plays in the second quarter.
Fans and fantasy owners alike have been frustrated with Barkley's usage early in the season. He received only six carries in the Eagles' Week 5 loss to the Denver Broncos and has not yet posted a 100-yard rushing game in 2025.
Barkley did, however, deal with "general soreness" in his knee after the loss to Denver and is playing on a short week.
