Of the Bucs starters on the 53-man active roster, four will not suit up for the Bucs on Sunday afternoon when the 49ers come to town.

Also ruled out by Bucs coach Todd Bowles are Josh Williams and Benjamin Morrison.
Joe figured McCollum would not play. Exactly 75 hours prior to kickoff (three days and three hours) Joe saw McCollum in the Bucs locker room with his hand in a sling. That hand is where McCollum had a “procedure” on his thumb.
Hard to use Instagram with that.
The good news is it appears Jamel Dean may be active. So the Bucs gain a starting corner (if Dean starts) and lose a starting corner.
